Well, it's official....

According to the AWS Weatherbug location near my place, we are officially fresh out of Fahrenheits, at -1 degrees (-18.3 C for my Canuck friends). Don't know where they all went, but it's definitely time to bundle up...

Hey Steve,

It's horrible down here in Phoenix, too. I feel your pain. Seriously. Looking around at Christmas in the desert. Yesterday, it got so cold, I had to put on a shirt!

Stay warm, friend.

I fear they must have all wrote to their friends and relations in Kansas City, for they too seem to have packed up and headed elsewhere. The "feel like" tomorrow morning, is supose to be a balmy 0°.

Well, the other day I went out to go to work down here in "sunny" Florida and it was 32 degrees. My windows were iced over. Stay bundled, stay warm, man.

I was once at a native reserve on James Bay in northern Ontario. One day, in January, it was somewhere below -40 CF on a windless morning--I was astounded to watch the smoke from people's chimneys climb straight down the stovepipes and down the roof!
